Around-the-clock care also covers Shabbat and holidays, so observant families have someone in the home from before candle lighting through Havdalah. Like all our services, 24-hour care is non-medical companion and homemaker care.

Can you provide overnight care only?
Yes. Families can choose overnight care only, daytime hours, or full 24-hour coverage, and change the schedule as needs change.
Can 24-hour care be short-term?
Yes. Many families need around-the-clock help for a few weeks after a hospital stay. We offer both short-term and long-term care.
Do your caregivers help with bathing, dressing or medications?
No. Simcha Home Care provides non-medical companion and homemaker services only. Our caregivers don't provide hands-on personal care such as bathing, dressing, help with eating or toileting, lifting or transfers, or giving medications. If your loved one needs that kind of help, we're glad to work alongside a licensed home health provider.
